was created by the National Association of College and University Attorneys (NACUA), in partnership with thirty other higher education associations, to provide the higher education community with a centralized repository of information and resources for compliance with federal laws and regulations.

Welcome to the Higher Education Compliance Alliance (HECA) web site. In November 2017, HECA completed its semi-annual review. During the semi-annual review, HECA liaisons from participating organizations reviewed, edited, and added website content. Check out some of HECA's new resources under "Featured Resources."
